The Road to Glory Tournament is on it's way and is now down to 7 remaining contestants. Of those remaining 7 Tsukino Meiou has been given a bye week. R.W. Randolph is considered the favorite to win the entire tournament. Everybody is speculating on who The Known Unknown is. This week Blake Gold will go up against The Known Unknown in the second round of the Road to Glory Tournament. 7 men remain but after Solitary 63 it will be down to only 4. It won't be long till a new Road to Glory Champion is crowned and a new number one contender for the PWE Universal Title is determined. Blake Gold plans on doing everything in his power to be the one to get that shot at the PWE Universal Title. He plans on skipping right past all the other titles, including the Gateway Title, and going straight to the top of the PWE. It all starts with a tough match against the Known Unknown at Solitary 63.
The scene opens up to the PWE arena where Solitary 63 is set to take place in a few days. Out in the parking lot we see a huge black truck pull into the parking lot. The truck stops in the middle of the lot, not really in any parking spot, and the car turns off. A few seconds later Blake Gold hops down from the truck carrying a black gym bag. He reaches back into the truck and pulls out the PWE Gateway Title which he is still in possession of. A security guard comes over.
Security Guard: Excuse me!
Blake doesn't even pay attention as he starts walking to the arena.
Security Guard: Hey you! Stop right there!
Blake stops for a second and thinks about turning around but decides not to. He wants to see just how far this security guard is willing to go to make him move his car.
Security Guard: If you don't stop right now I'm going to have to make you stop!
This makes Blake stop and smile. He turns around and walks over to the security guard.
Blake Gold: You're gonna make me stop?
The security guard is a little skeptic about how he is going to handle this situation seeing how Blake Gold is a much bigger guy.
Security Guard: That's right!
Blake Gold: How so?
Security Guard: Whatever it takes.
Blake Gold: Well...I've stopped. Now what?
Security Guard: Move that truck! Right now!
Blake smiles again. He thinks it's funny that this guy is this dedicated to his job.
Blake Gold: You want me to move my truck?
Security Guard: That's right!
Blake Gold: Do you know who I am?
Security Guard: Yes. I do know who you are. I'm still going to do my job! So move that truck! NOW!
Blake goes from smiling to a little angry as the security guard is now yelling.
Blake Gold: I think you need to watch your mouth son. Before something bad happens.
Security Guard: I think you need to move your truck. Before something bad happens.
Blake Gold: And if I don't?
Security Guard: I'll have it towed.
Blake Gold: Is that right?
Security Guard: That's right.
Blake Gold: You do that. And we'll see if you're still working here this time next week.
The security guard is completely silent as Blake's words have him scared for his job.
Blake Gold: I guess I MIGHT see you around...
Blake turns around and walks off shaking his head at the security guard who is now standing there not knowing what to do. The security guard walks back over to his station. We then see Blake walk into the PWE Arena and walk straight to his locker room. He looks ready for his match against The Known Unknown at Solitary 63.
The Road to Glory Tournament. The Tournament that's going to make me famous. The tournament that's going to get me exactly what I deserve. A shot at the PWE Universal Title. I'm tired of all these games. I'm tired of having to go up against nobody after nobody from week to week. I've only been beaten one time. And let's be honest. It was a controversial loss. I definitely should not have lost. Shit happens though. I'm not too worried about it. It doesn't really matter in the bigger scheme of things. Especially now that I'm in the Road to Glory Tournament and now that I plan on winning The Road to Glory Tournament and then winning the PWE Universal Title. It's only a matter of time at this point.
Before I get to my opponent or lack there of an opponent on Solitary 63 let me go ahead and call out Tanabashi. Apparently the guy is still going around calling himself the Gateway Champion. Are you for real? Isn't it time you recognize that you're not the champ. The belt is mine. You don't deserve it. You never did deserve it in the first place. You got my title shot. It's that simple. Then because some referee is a complete moron I end up not officially winning the Gateway Title. Even though EVERYBODY who saw the match knows that Blake Gold is the champion. It's as simple as that. More people recognize me as the Gateway Champ than recognize you as the Gateway Champ. If it's your belt; how come you won't come and take it? If you had my belt I would have come and taken it back from you that exact day. Not just walked around acting like I had the belt. I can't wait to get in the ring with you again. This time there won't be ANY doubt about who the better wrestler is. This time there won't be any doubt who the real Gateway Champion is!
Every week I get stronger. Every week I am learning more. I'm growing as a wrestler. I'm getting better and better as every single day goes by. That's got to be pretty damn scary for all the rest of the wrestlers in the PWE. Because I was already pretty damn good when I started. I was honestly already one of the best. Maybe not quite the best. But without a doubt one of the best. Now I'm being molded into greatness. I am coming into my prime and I am only going to get better and better every week. This Road to Glory Tournament might be the best thing to ever happen to me. PWE wise at least. This is my chance. My chance to be exactly where I belong in this federation and that's at the top. I don't belong in the ring with all these losers that I've been put in the ring with. I've dominated every wrestler I've gotten in the ring with. I basically ended Cross's career. Let's face it. I AM the PWE now. I'm going to show everybody that very very soon.
Now before I get to The Known Unknown let me say a little something about R.W. Randolph. Who the fuck do you think you are? What makes you the favorite? You look so damn rusty out there I'm surprised you made it this far in this tournament. I can honestly say it wouldn't surprise me if you lost this week. I don't want you to though. I want to be the one to beat the great R.W. Randolph. The harder the road for me the better. I'd rather fight harder competition than have a cakewalk through this tournament. R.W. Randolph obviously thinks pretty highly of himself. He also has something going on with this Known Unknown. They hate each other or something. Even though Randolph doesn't even know who this guy is. I think it's obvious that Randolph wants to be the one to beat The Known Unknown and reveal who he is to the entire world. That's too bad though. I'm going to be spoiling those plans. Things aren't going to go quite like that. Randolph says that I don't know what I'm getting myself into. You don't think I can hang old man? Do you really think that you are better than me?
Do you know what you're getting yourself into? That's the real question. Yeah you can beat young wrestlers like Nathan Lucas but can you beat somebody like me? Somebody who has gotten better and better every week. I'm definitely expecting you to win your match this week. Or at least I hope you win that match. Because the way I see it I want a shot at you. I want to go through you to win this tournament. You are right about me being the spoiler in this tournament. First I'm going to spoil everything for The Known Unknown. Then it's your turn. After this tournament is over there will be no doubt in anyone's mind that Blake Gold is one of the best wrestlers in the PWE. After this tournament is over I wouldn't be surprised if R.W. Randolph quit wrestling and went back to doing whatever it is he did around here before. You're a nobody Randolph. I can't wait to prove that to you.
The Known Unknown. The supposed Coldest Player in the Game or some shit like that. Are you serious? What does that even mean? You didn't really think that one through now did you? It doesn't really matter though. Just like it doesn't really matter who you are. It means absolutely nothing to me. Meanwhile all these other wrestlers are so damn curious to figure out who you are I don't give a shit. It doesn't matter who you are. I'm hoping you're that little coward Dylan Cage. Simply because I want to hurt Cage. I wanted to end Dylan Cage's career. This does seem like a thing he would do. Hide his identity like the coward he is. You see I think you are a complete coward The Known Unknown. Only a coward would have to hide who they were. If I were you I would want everyone to know exactly who I am. I wouldn't need to catch anyone off guard. You seem to think people not knowing who you are gives you some sort of advantage. How so? That's just ridiculous. You have no advantage here. I am going to do to you what I've done to everyone else. I am going to destroy you and then move on to the Third Round of the Road to Glory Tournament.
I guess you're one of those ex-XWF guys. So? Is that supposed to mean something? Nobody wants to hear you and R.W. Randolph babble back and forth about the XWF and about who you possibly are. Nobody really cares who you are. I sure as hell don't. And if anybody did care who you were they won't after Solitary 63. After you lose you're just going to be an afterthought. Nobody is even going to care who you are. They are all going to move on to bigger and better things. Such as Blake Gold. Who just whooped some former "great" wrestler's ass. I don't care if you were the best wrestler the XWF and PWE has ever seen. I've got some news for you. This isn't back then. Times have changed. I'm around now. This is the GOLD Era of the PWE. I'm going to let you know right now that I'm not going to watch any of your tape. I'm not going to try to figure out who you were. That doesn't matter to me. I don't watch tape. I don't need to. I'm just on a different level than you.
I hear you've got a little bit of a dirty mouth on you. That you like to talk about sex and all that a lot. It's usually the guys who don't get any that talk about it an excessive amount. I've never really had a problem getting women. In fact I'm sure anything that you've had I've either had or passed on. You see I've come to learn that money makes bitches cum. It's that simple. I had this two girls ask me if we could have sex with all my jewelery on. I smacked those bitches with my dick. That's right. With my dick. Knocked one of them clean out. Kind of sucked though because there went my threesome. That's probably something you know little about. Unless of course we are talking about you, a girl, and another guy. Other than that I highly doubt you've ever been able to pull a real threesome off. You don't seem to be man enough. At least that's what I see when I look at you.
It's funny how so many people keep talking about you. About who you could be. About how they expect you to win this tournament. It's either you or R.W. Randolph. That's what EVERYBODY is saying. It's starting to make me sick. You two are nothing but a bunch of has beens. You don't belong in the ring anymore. Your time has come and gone. It's my time now. It's Blake Gold's turn to be the best of the best. Not some loser who has to hide his identity so people aren't able to know who he is. Do you realize just how pathetic that is? I think you might be the most pathetic wrestler in this tournament. Even more so than all those who put as their names when entering the tournament. You are such a little bitch that you couldn't even let anyone know who you are. That's not a man. That's something a bitch does. Which is why I have come to the conclusion that you are a bitch. I'm not saying you are a female wrestler. I'm saying that you are, plain and simple, a little bitch.
Some of these other guys around the PWE might respect you. You might be one of the most respected wrestlers in the history of this business. But that doesn't matter now. All that matters is me versus you. One on one. You are the unlucky one who got stuck with me as their second round matchup. If the front office was expecting you to reach the finals they really messed up as far as matching you up with opponents. I honestly thought you were going to lose your first round match. You just don't look like you're that good of a wrestler. I honestly can't say if you are a good wrestler. The fact of the matter is that you've most likely had way more losses than I have. I've only had one. One controversial loss that could have gone either way. That's all in the past though. That doesn't matter one bit. Your past doesn't matter one bit. It might to some of these other losers in the back who want to find out who you are more than anything. Blake Gold doesn't give a damn who you are. Blake Gold doesn't give a damn who you WERE. Blake Gold only cares about what Blake Gold is going to do to the so called "Coldest Player in the Game." What a dumb nickname. You really aren't the sharpest tool in the shed, are you?
I think it's pretty obvious that people hate me. People want to see Blake Gold fail. I'm the bad guy. It's as simple as that. I love it though. I love being the bad guy. I love having people hope that I lose only to crush their hopes. I'm a winner. It's that simple. I always have been a winner. I always will be a winner. I'm not planning on retiring anytime soon either. My goal is to be the best. Not just the current best. I'm talking about my goal is to be the best ever. To completely dominate the PWE to the point where when anyone ever talks about the PWE they talk about Blake Gold. The biggest and best bad guy that wrestling has ever seen. I can't wait for Solitary 63 Unknown. After I'm done with you I guarantee we wont' be hearing from you. I plan on beating the living shit out of you. Then I'm going to show the world exactly who you are. I'm going to show the world that you are nothing but a huge failure. Nobody is going to care about you after Solitary 63. That's a promise.
What are you going to do when you lose? Are you going to stick around? Or are you just going to leave because you got embarrassed by the best new wrestler in the PWE? I think that you came into this thinking you were 100 % going to win this tournament. That's probably the way you see it. That's just not going to happen though. I'm not going to let it. I just can't wait to hit you with The Money Shot. Then I'm going to show everyone exactly who you are. Then it's going to get interesting. What are you going to do from there? You probably haven't even thought about it that far. You probably aren't expecting to be done this Wednesday at Solitary 63. You're going to be though. Your tournament ends at Solitary 63. You're just the next little chump who isn't going to be able to live up to THE GOLD STANDARD.
