The scene opens up to the arena where Solitary 65 will take place the following night. In the parking lot we see Blake Gold pull in and park his big truck. He walks into the building and into his locker room. He puts in a DVD and then sits down on the couch and turns the TV on to reveal a DVD of Solitary 64. He fast forwards to Ric Tatum's match and begins to watch. He smiles and shakes his head.
Gold: This is going to be even easier than the first time. I almost feel bad for this guy.
All of a sudden Blake's cell phone begins to ring. He pulls it out of his pocket and see's that it's a number he doesn't know. He thinks about whether he should answer it or not before finally answering the phone.
Gold: Hello?
There is no answer on the other line. You can hear somebody breathing softly.
Gold: Who is this?
Again there is no answer and then the phone is quickly hung up.
Gold: What the hell?
He tries to call the number back but continues to get a busy tone. He get's up, grabs his keys, and walks out of his locker room and towards the parking lot as the scene fades to black.
Promo:
Blake Gold is your new Road to Glory Champion. I told everyone that I was going to run through that tournament and finally make a real name for myself here in the PWE. It's about time that we move into the Gold Era of the PWE. Soon enough I will get my Universal Title shot, and when I do, I will make sure I dominate that match just like I've dominated every single other match I've been in here in the PWE. I'm getting to be a feared man around here. I've beaten greats, guys who were supposed to be great, and just basically every single person that's been thrown in front of me. I think everyone is starting to see that I am for real. That I really am the future of this company.
I beat Frontier like it was nothing. Made him look like a complete nobody. Then I took on Angelica James and brought her back down to earth. Showed her that she might be pretty good but she's not good enough to hang with Blake Gold. Especially not when we are talking about the Road to Glory Finals and a chance to get a shot at the biggest prize in the game. A chance to already get a shot at the PWE Universal Title very early on in my career. I've only been here a few months yet I've accumulated a lot of wins in that time. I've quickly moved myself up the ranks in the PWE to where I have a shot to skip all the other titles and move straight to the top and win the PWE Universal Title. Which is exactly what I am going to do. You hear me Josten? I hope you don't expect to keep that belt for very long. I'm coming for it. It will be mine soon enough.
Enough about all of that though. It's time for me to move on to my match at Solitary 65 against Ric Tatum. Haven't I already beaten you Tatum? That's right I did. In fact, I embarrassed your ass the last time we fought. You want to know what's scary about that? I've gotten A LOT better since the last time we met. I've been rounding myself into top form. It's safe to say that I am 100 times the wrestler today that I was back then. And I still beat you with ease. I still hit you with The Money Shot. And I still pinned your ass 1,2,3. That's exactly what's going to happen. I almost feel sorry for you Tatum. I really don't know why they would just throw you to the wolves like this. They are putting you in a match against me coming off the biggest wins of my career. There is no way I'm going to follow up becoming the number one contender for the Universal Title by losing to some scrub like you. It's just not going to happen. You're in for the ass whooping of your life son.
I have yet to be pinned in the PWE or in my career for that matter. I am basically unbeatable. What makes you think that you have ANY sort of chance at all Tatum? I'm honestly surprised that you are still in the PWE after that last beating I gave you. If somebody gave me a beating like that I'd be just plain out embarrassed to the point where I'd probably just quit. The thing that sucks for you is that I'm about to give you an even worse beating at 65. I wouldn't be surprised if I put an end to your career at Solitary 65. I'll see you really soon Tatum. That is if you are man enough to show up. I don't think anyone would blame you if you didn't show up. I want you there though. I want a match. So don't make me have to come find your ass.
I think it's pretty obvious that I am one of the most hated men in the PWE. You know why that is right? People hate me because I'm too good. People hate me because they know that I am the future of the PWE. These guys in the back either already have or soon will realize that I am the PWE now. There isn't a single wrestler on this roster that scares me. There isn't a single wrestler in the history of the PWE that scares me. I can't wait to beat the living hell out of Josten, win MY Universal Title, and then defend it over and over and over again against anyone and everyone who steps in my way. What I'm hoping for is that one day Dylan Cage mans up and decides to come back to the PWE so I can give that asshole the beating he deserves. Then after that I would love to see K-Money come back so I can show him exactly why he left.
This is my house now boys. I'm coming for you Josten. That belt around your waist is mine. Soon enough Josten. Soon enough. Tatum I'll see you real soon. At Solitary 65 you won't live up to the GOLD STANDARD...AGAIN!
